In three weeks all banks in Europe have to fully support SEPA Instant Payments.
“Instant payments are credit transfers that make funds available in a payee’s account within ten seconds of a payment order being made.”
According to the ECB. In practice, however, we see that direct transfers in the Netherlands have already been arriving within a few seconds for quite some time. This is the basis on which Usecue POS works. It relies (for now) heavily on the immediate feedback from the banking app about the successful transfer.
